Any time I call to order flowers from One Flower Story, I am always greeted with the warmest welcome. From personal experience, Rita always goes out of her way to please her customers even if it’s a last minute request. Her arrangements are all unique and beautiful. I ordered the bouquet for my friend’s birthday and absolutely LOVED everything, from fist interaction with Rita, to her professional guidance on picking the right bouquet to beautiful presentation and timely delivery! Needed flowers for same-day delivery on a Sunday, found a One Flower Story on Google and called considering most other places are closed on Sundays. Talked to Margarita and gave her an idea of what I wanted. Within a couple of hours, she got it done for me. The arrangement she made was so beautiful for my cousin's engagement announcement. My mom is 97, living in a care facility. Her vision is poor so I asked for a Mother’s Day arrangement that would be bold in color and super fragrant. Rita knocked it outta the park! My mom loved it!  The added plus in working with Rita is that I live in Texas, not California. She shared pictures with me so that I knew exactly what my mother would be receiving, and kept me up-to-date with when the delivery actually happened. Thanks, Rita! You’re a true professional!
